Fix the bounty system.

A/ Keep track of all time ISK earned by a character (any ISK that has come through his wallet).
a1/ Create a high earners ranking from that so that people do not use the bounty system to that effect
a2/ toons can only place a bounty on a character that has earned more ISK in their lifetime than they have

B/ Having a bounty increases slightly the amount of taxes to pay, as well as create a small ISK sink on docking, undocking, taking gates

C/ People with bounty can buy out of their bounty by paying 10% more to get rid of it (bribing officials...)

C/ Bounty hunters can buy in a contract on a limited number of people with bounties. This contract will allow limited engagement, even in high sec. The ISK value is refunded if the target bribes its way out of his bounty.

I would ask for more drone range and better torpedo range... so they can do more :)

An impossible thing to ask for, but I would add the underpinnings of realistic physics: planets orbiting stars, gravity around planets and stars, orbiting stations.

Such things don't make a huge difference in gameplay but would make the environment more dynamic to affect undock bookmarks, station camping, and so on.

And this so much. You could create bookmarks relative to one or more celestials.

+1 to this. I'd definitely like to see systems being far less static with their positioning. But on that day, billions of tears will be shed in Jita, as people learn the hard way that their 4-4 instadock no longer works.

Only change things that are actually broken.

Don't change things that were not actually broken. Too many examples of this occurring to list here. Usual result of these changes is to collapse current career options & their associated markets.

Remove the need for CONCORD by removing the capability to do criminal acts in high sec. If you want to attack people at random, leave high sec.

Of course it would make a difference. Undock and dock bookmarks would be gone for good, cause u make them in space not in relation to the station. while station camping would be no problem, u could stay in distance to it.

I think this would depend on the implementation.

*) An instadock bookmark may be like an address. The address to your house leads exactly
to your house in a GPS even if it might be on the opposite side of the sun in 6 months .... not accounting for the rotation of the planet itself.

*) An instaundock might be useless since the point of space bookmarked moves relatively much slower than the orbiting station.

*) If the station itself rotated to simulate gravity in our CQs then ships would pop out at all kinds of angles. Simply keeping at a distance would cause you to miss ships that come out on the other end of the station. It would be even more interesting if stations had to constantly calibrate their rotation in terms of angular velocity and axis of rotation.

I wasn't debating. Just discussing things that we may only ever see in a dream.
