Amarr: New Eden's most classy system

It pains me to see this driven to yet another pointless political drivel some capsuleers seem to be getting at, so I'll just point out the importance of open trade between all factions, as some wares can be found in one territory while appearing rather scarce in another one. So, I'd say there's no need to politicize the old 'trade hub' discussion... but given eclecticism as a virtue, I'd recommend Doril as a trade hub for those of more exotic tastes.

Just saying.

This entire thread was predicated upon pointless political drivel - namely the baseless assertion that the residents of the Amarr system are somehow more cultured or mature than the residents of other trade hubs.

I mean, to be fair, all of this having been said, I'm perfectly willing to make my counterarguments against Merdaneth's assertions entirely apolitical, and suggest that if he's looking for culture, maturity and, ah, class in a trade hub system - any trade hub system, regardless of ethnicity or political allegience - he's looking in the wrong damn place.

Nonsense! It's in the brochure, "A Salvager's dream."

Yulai has something for everyone.

Class is a matter of personnal appreciation, and too vague a word to hold the same considerations between individuals.

What if it does Farel? Gods and spirits woman, try plugging in a subtle irony and thinly veiled sarcasm implant and training Sense of Humor to level 3. Also, you might want to re-read your own words in the first sentence quoted above. Roll

Captain Farel I find your frequent moralizing increasingly tedious. Is it hard to breathe in the thin atmosphere sitting atop such a high horse?

Back to the topic at hand; I wasn't overly impressed with the market offerings or the people I met at the Amarrian trade hub. I dare say they're no better, or worse, than what one finds in Jita, Dodixie or Rens. Trade hubs are notorious magnets for attracting the less "desirable" element of society as others have mentioned.

That all you have, Edaine? If you have nothing better than evaluations of others' grammar, you best stick to your jetcan-rescues.

In this thread, Amarr pilots demonstrate their discovery of the concept of "circlejerk".

Good job, guys! You're really moving out of your stone age traditionalist trend now!

Shows how little you know.

Then again, the Amarr manage to do the thing you accuse me of collectively as a race, except it's pointless theological drivel.

My question was genuine, and also tainted by a little surprise.

I also wondered at the same time how you would react if someone else used the same joke about say, Pator and its spoiled biosphere.

What exactly does this bickering have to do with Amarr being the most classy system in New Eden?

Do we have any competition? Maybe some of the Sebeistor home systems?

Well Amarr is the center of the known universe. That makes it a the best system right there. Also since it is the home of the Empress and the Church, well that makes it the classiest system known to any man or woman anywhere.

Let us pray! Let us fight! Let the universe be ours! Amarr Victor! Deus vult!
