Scrub. Maybe if you looked around a little, you'd know that pinning was scrubbed for just plain transparency.

And if you looked around a little, you would find CCP said they were bringing pinning back.

And the windows now say "pin" as opposed to "toggle theme". However, pinning doesn't work.

To the OP, submit a bug report... though many people probably have already.

Have you remembered to go into settings and check "lock windows when pinned" ?

my windows stay in place when pinned.
