My eve just broke everything all at once.
My skill queue told me archeology was still training to 3, even after it had told me it had finished and leveled up. Then my queue told me nothing was skilling, when i had small hybrids to 5.

Then a relic site broke and had no loot in it at all. What is happening?

Weird things happening to me also put plastic wrap into my cargohold and poof it vanished.
