i assume hellmar's response to the alliance was i put the isk in the wallet to pay the bills honest i did it must be a bug, after all this seams to be the goto response every alliance uses when there sov drops for a unpaid bill

Or maybe CCP is being tricksy and actually testing Alliance-less SOV so smaller entities who do not wish to be in an alliance can hold SOV. CONSPIRACIES THEORIES GO

Is it really a conspiracy theory if it isn't based on wild or absurd concepts pertaining to an overseeing body covering up some means to subjugate or control its dependents? In all reality I assume they put a dev in charge who didn't know what a sov bill was. =P

CCP tries to revert to POS based sov. Instead of POS fuel, they get POS fuel the drink invented at Eve London. After a 4 day coma all sov is gone. It's obvious.

I drain ducks of their moisture for sustenance.
