Pretty simple request today - what is the sound option to turn down the volume on the cloak effect? Specifically the idle cloak effrct because it's actually pretty loud and it's not something I desire to listen to all day either.

Anyone?

And here I thought AFK cloakers were actually AFK... Who knew?

CCP has no sense of humour.

Do you have any idea of what you're talking about or do you feel compelled to give your 2c on everything?

I want to turn it down because it distracts me from listening to wormhole activations.

it's really just because the effect is like 2 pieces of concrete grinding against each other, enough time listening to it is very annoying.

It's the 'Modules' volume slider.

You can make it more quiet, or even turn it off completely.

It will also affect cloak on/cloak off sound, and some other module activation sounds (stuff like invulnerability fields... tbh the cloak is by far the most audible in this category).

FYI, weapons and AB/MWD are on separate volume sliders.

Another thing: if you're zoomed out enough, you won't hear ANY sound except 'not localized' stuff such as crimewatch, stargate jump, damage and cap warnings, locking effect, etc.

you could also remain zoomed in on the wormhole, making its sounds the primary focus.... just a thought
