Podjumping - does it still work?

I have just returned from a long absence. I have a clone in a hostile null station. I was going to set my new home to a different null station and explode my clone to podjump there.

I was wondering if podjumping still works? Someone mentioned they were unsure if the mechanics had changed to prevent it?

Still working kind of. However as a non-newbie player you can set your clone home to the station were you are currently in or once a year to somewhere else in your corp.

I'm my own NPC alt.

Yeah with the most recent changes you can remotely set your clone to any station office owned by your corp, or to your rookie system, but only once year.
