Hi all,

I'm looking for second opinions on hardware implants for someone and would like to get some advice:

The pilot in question splits their time between Machariel Lvl 4 PvE mission running and courier/trade work (probably doing a little more PvE than trade). I'm really unsure on what to recommend for slots 7 and 9:

Slot 7:
* Motion Prediction MR-703: 3% better tracking speed <--- tempted because of better battleship damage
* Deadeye Trajectory TA-703: 3% higher turret falloff
* Evasive Maneuvering EM-703: 3% higher ship agility <--- tempted because of general utility (and for courier use)

Slot 9:
* Lancer Gunnery RF-903: 3% higher rate of fire <-- favor because move on to other targets faster
* Surgical Strike SS-903: 3% higher projectile damage
* Deadeye Sharpshooter ST-903: 3% higher optimal range

My leaning at the moment for slot 7 is that they should go with Evasive Maneuvering as a generalist benefit. Battleships and industrial ships are slow and this would help reduce align times, increasing acceleration to warp, etc. Clearly, improved tracking speed would be the right choice in a pure PvE battleship role. So I'm really unsure what to recommend here.

I'm more confident that higher rate of fire is the way to go for slot 9. Yes, that means chewing through ammo faster than Surgical Strike, but it means that when going through multiple targets they can start shooting at the new target more quickly and I think that has the greatest effect on shortening mission times.

Any opinions on the best picks for these two slots? Thanks in advance!
