  1. Sell protection from Hulkageddon/similar gankfest
  2. Have partners sell similar but separate protection
  3. Gullible miners buy protection from one person, can't afford to buy from others
  4. Find gullible miner, honor agreement. Give away location to partners.
  5. Partners gank miner. Tears ensue.
  6. ???
  7. _______________!!!


That last one is a fill-in-the-blank.

P.S. Miners who buy this are just encouraging further gankfests and helping to fund their efforts. But hey, I guess when you're getting chased by a bear all that matters is running faster than the other guy.

Just to put it in perspective, I have approximately 5 carriers worth of raw materials that I could convert to Thrashers and not even notice the loss. The only impairment is the 15 minute concord aggo timer. I figure its possible that a corp the size of the Heretics could utterly shut mining down in any particular system. So no, I wouldn't say that people are in "relatively" little danger.

Well, that would suggest that we would be killing our customers, which we will not be doing. If they purchase the mining pass, they will receive complete safety from our Heretic Jihad squads. We will not have to replace any "accidental" kills because we won't make any.

Hmmm... I wonder just how many thrasher it would take to pop a mining rokh... I may have to fly there to find out. LOL

As for not making any accidental kills... That is a pretty big claim. Why not put your isk and 5 carriers if materials where your mouth is? If you are so confident in not killing customers, then offer to replace any accidental kill, refund the paid price, and throw in a little extra isk? If you really are that confident, then you are risking nothing and people may like the reassurance.

Thats a fair suggestion.

If any customer's Mining Barge/Orca is killed by a Heretic Army pilot, they will have their ship replaced + their month's fee refunded.
