I dont know if any other item is calculated wrong, be careful.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any contact address on that site (http://zofu.no-ip.de/bpo) to contact the author directly, so I'm writing this here.

can you provide details?

Your ME/PE and skill levels?

Which one of the Disruptors (Large/Medium/Small) is affected?

Which quantities are wrong?

Did you check in-game? (the Show Info and the actual quota show different numbers)

you can verify the issue by yourself.
go ingame to blueprint infos and look up the numbers in the calc.

The calcucations are wrong at least for medium and large T1 disruptors.

perfect skills, building in a station.
Does the manufactoring location have any impact on material waste? I thought its only build time which can be optimized by building in arrays.

Yes. Some POS modules like Advanced Ship arrays or rapid equipment arrays have material modifiers

Edit: but the bad ones, which use more

Confirmed. Appears to have wrong base amounts (unless they changed recently?)

Compare with this site for the base amounts from the database dump:
http://eve-online.itemdrop.net/eve_db/items/blueprint/mobile_warp_disruptor_blueprint/

EDIT: I believe the BPO Calc site belongs to zofu.

Yep. That's what I thought. Here is the actual quote of a ME0 Mobile Large Warp Disruptor I Blueprint with Production Efficiency Skill V.

The process to calculate the correct amounts were already given by Matthew and Fubar: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1220024 in 2009

The base materials for the Warp Disruptor are:

typeName quantity
Tritanium 251968
Pyerite 83728
Mexallon 46640
Isogen 12256
Nocxium 2832
Zydrine 1280
Megacyte 320

(thank you CCP for removing the [code] block!!!!)

There are also 9 Warp Scrambler needed, which are flagged as recycle, which means we have to subtract the components from the materials above.
typeName quantity
Tritanium 452
Pyerite 267
Mexallon 301
Isogen 177
Zydrine 2

So the base Tritanium quantity is: 251968 - 452 * 9 = 247900, where we must add waste now of 10 per cent (ME0) = 247900 * 1.1 = 272690

edit: and thanks for NOT sharing the numbers prior ... you owe me 120M for a mint ME0 blueprint, Caldera :(
