Banned for using TOR program?

so about 10 to 11 days ago my other account was banned in the middle of selling my character on the character bazaar when i logged into the forums from my place of work which has web blocking software. So i used TOR which tunnels through the blocking software and spoofs an ip address from another country. When i get home it says my account had been banned, i filed a petition on all of my accounts and have yet to be contacted by CCP about the matter.

My account time has run out, It has cost me Isk form the sale, ive lost 10 days of training due to this, ive lost the Second implant that CCP gave us and i will probably lose a free Remap with my xmass gift if they don't un ban me.

can i get some help on this matter, i have been without that character/account for 11-12 days and am getting really pissed off.

they are already going to make me have to waste another plex to reactivate an account that should have had the character transfered to buyer of the auction before my account ran out, i want to punch someone in the cooter with how long it is taking them to fix this problem.

The first layer of the EVE cluster is a set of proxy servers that distributes data to the lower layers. TOR is a proxy tunneler, so I'd wager you got snagged by the system for an intrusion attempt.

That's what i figured when i noticed im in the usa and it spoofs a Norwegian IP address. i think that its good for account security that it does that kind of checking, but the customer support is Fail bad .

They've been swamped by Crucible petitions; they're doing what they can to clear it up, but it's going to take a while.
