Greetings!

I have been very seriously considering a move from hisec to null. Making the right connections with a suitable corporation is defintely a concern. I am currently able to fly any mining barge, and working on the Prospect. I think that it has far more uses than just mining, but would also offer a much better chance of surviving should an unfriendly enter the system. Before I get to the point where I submit my application and API key, I would like to know more about the corporation, such as short and long term goals.

A little about me. I played for a few months a little over a year ago. I built up a good solid core of skills (all armor skills but remote systems to level 4) and worked on the basic combat skills for Gallente frigates. I also built up enough skills for the mining barges, though I stopped short at the skills for T2 skills and ships. Since I have been back, I have discovered the awesome new advanced mining frigate, and have shifted skills to that. In sixteen days I will be able to fit one out, though I will still need to train cynosural skills.

I also have two salvage ships - a Noctis I recently purchased, and a salvage fit Catalyst. I'm only skilled in the minimum to fly an Iteron V, so I can only haul less than a jet can. Unless there are ships available for purchase and the needed fittings, I would need to arrange transportation to the system the corp operates from. I would rather purchase from you in system if possible, to minimize my own risk.

I am US Central timezone, and am available evenings on weekdays, and various times on weekends. While I don't have any voice comms set up currently, it's only a matter of installing the proper program and plugging in my headset. This character has only ever been in CAS (NPC corp) and I have no other pilots, which will be evident by viewing my API.

I am also interested in joining. I've been playing for about a month and just got my Retriever and am currently training up a lot of skills to maximize the ship (I'm at level 4 on almost all relative skills including mining drones with a few level 5's thrown in) I am part of a corp now but will be leaving soon as it's all but dead and was told to please look for another active corp if I wanted to. I'm looking for an active corp that can teach me how to do "corp things". I am on most every day but my in-game time fluctuates greatly as I'm working on my house and doing everyday things.

I would really like to mine in a null and/or low sec area with some security of course ;) I'll be on later today (I'm US east coast) and should be able to chat a little bit. I am very interested in learning more about your corp.
