T2 frigates are by far the best DPS-per-stat of ships in the game already. it's a buff in the right place for explosions.

I'm betting on market costs and station rent.

People who trade in high sec will be funding null sec pvp.

A recovering btter vet,  with a fresh toon and a determination to like everything that CCP does to Eve...

Don't take me too seriously though, I like to tease a bit on the forums, but that's only because I love you...

It is, and will continue to be, the co-payment needed to get items from the LP store. An oldie but goodie from a Dev:

Could also just remove the baseline insurance every ship gets...

CCP has no sense of humour.

You just think every good change is a desperate attempt to improve subscriptions.

Probably none. They've increased several ISK faucets recently (T2/T3 insurance, low end blue loot) and clone costs were an extremely small ISK sink.

Yeah, I really like the fact that my Blockade Runner can now be insured for a reasonable amount of money.

My bittervet side is sad. Back in the day "EvE is hard" meant good luck figuring out all the quirky gameplay mechanics it'll take you years but eventually you will be awesome or playing WoW.

Those days are coming to an end, BUT damn opening the medical tab to update my clone was annoying and it will not be missed!

Please don't make Eve a no-brainer game!!
Remove the isk you have to pay for upgrade but please keep the SP loss penalty.

I note Industry costs missing off that sinks list unless I'm blind. Which I suspect is quite weighty also.

SP penalty was a stupid idea at the beginning of EVE and its failures have only become more apparent with years experience. It doesn't promote good gameplay, makes people avoid nullsec more then needed because of bubbles and needlessly punishes people for losing pods. Needlessly because losing your equipment and implants, while getting a one way trip to the clone bay is already a sufficient punishment for podding. It's also something that doesn't seem to happen all that much in general.

The main reason SP loss seems to exist these days is so people could tell themselves how hardcore EVE is with permanent SP loss, even though it hardly ever happens with podding in the normal course of gameplay. The fact no one opposed to the removal of the loss could come up with sensible arguments in favor of keeping the practice was a clear sign the whole thing was ready for the scrapyard. The mere existence of medical clones is also a clear indication CCP didn't really want people to suffer from it either at any point, since they made full protection from SP loss available to the players from day one. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole mechanic was copied from another game from the start and EVE just inherited the stupid thing out of tradition instead of a consequence of proper game design with specific goals.

Good riddance to the pointless mechanic and yay for fatter wallets and more fun in cheap throwaway ships.

Easy to fix. Allow local clone jumps with no cooldown. Allows you to leave your clone with unwanted implants at home whenever you need to go out, but don't want to take advantage/risk them.

All this little things give depth to the game.

If they want more pvp in null, then make so you cant lose your implants. I know a few players that have +4, +5 implants and they don't want to go to null and lose the implants. I know, you can jump-clone but, that's kind of annoying aswell.

This needs to happen, I think I remember CCP saying they were open to it.
