Can somone please help me with this damn tool! I've imported my fit into it and now im really stuck on how to now get my fit into the forums, somone said something like an eve board where i upload it but everytime i try it just says youve not read the rules!

But i've got it to the hmtl folder of the fit i want to show but i dont know how too get it onto the forums, any vids or anything woulod help ive tried wiki but i couldnt get it too well! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No such plans: updating character is just a few clicks so your case seems to be quite special with amount of caracters or update frequency if it's hard for you.

First is something I agree with and plan to add someday. Function similar to Compare Tool can be achieved by adding more columns to Fitting Panel.

Found a bug (I think)

Prototype Cloaking Device I is resulting in a -100% speed modifier instead of -90% when the module is inactive.

This fit (for example) shows as 239m/s with the cloak active and 0m/s with the cloak turned off. Also, scan resolution doubles when the module is turned off but still fit.

Oh, and it seems that speed bonus on some fits (not all) assumes cloak and MWD can run simultaneously.

I just found out that the newest version ignores Armor compensation skills.

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

Heating your ASB also results in an increased RoF for your drones and so more DPS

Two bugs I found:

1) The onyx receives zero missile DPS bonuses (it does however receive range bonuses)

Example: a single Heavy Assault Missile with tech 1 ammo does 31dps on both the onyx and the hurricane in the current EFT version.

Same for the lights and HM.

2) The devoter has lost about 10% EHP. The devoter's tank wasn't nerfed in Phoebe, it was boosted. I conclude that there is an error somewhere :(

Example: the same fit on eft 2.24 and 2.25 gives you respectively 139k EHP and 123k EHP

Norton Antivirus places EFT 2.25 into quarantine. Why? "SONAR.Heuristic.120. A program was behaving suspiciously on your computer. This program was removed." Symantec's explanation of the flag is not very edifying. "SONAR.Heuristic.120 is a heuristic detection for processes based on certain attributes. "

Norton Antivirus usually flags a new version of EFT with WS.Reputation.1 which basically reports that the program is new and not very well known to the larger group of Symantec customers. The SONAR.Heuristic.120 is a new (to me) flag.

Since the MD5 hash of the down loaded zip file was correct and the antivirus scan was clean, I suspect that the alert is a false alarm. I have jumped through the required hoops to have Symantec review EFT 2.25 and correct Symantec's software to prevent future false flags. The review process takes a few business days, but I'll update this post once I receive the results back.

*** Update ***

Symantec reported back that they are updating their products to remove detection(s) for EFT 2.25.

Symantec also mentioned a whitelisting program.
