10% bonus to Small Hybrid Turret falloff
Minmatar Frigate bonuses (per skill level):
10% bonus to Stasis Webifier effectiveness
Role Bonus:
200% bonus to Small Hybrid Turret damage

No bonus to web range??

90% web is awesome and it is capable of good speed and great dps why would it need web range?

No. Web strength.

A normal web will reduce a target's speed by 55-60%.

A Daredevil's web bonus will allow any web to reduce a target's speed by 70 to 90%.

How did you Veterans start?

Hyena, the T2 minmatar frigate. Those are your only options.

Frankly I'd prefer an IWIN button, but hey that's just me. I guess you'll just have to settle for other ways to acquire more range soldier.
