Now that Phoebe is deployed.. lets talk Rhea

I did not do this for phoebe, But I figured it might be fun to speculate what is coming in Rhea, some things we do know:

New blackbird redesign
T3 destroyers
The "Tug Boat" ship
New Wormhole systems, and Thera
Removal of clone upgrades

This is a 'what is actually coming in Rhea' thread as well as a 'if I was in charge of eve/one thing I super hope is in rhea" thread. Use this as a 'i'm not gonna stress that ic an;t jump or there is a bug' thread too.

I'll start:

The "Tug" ship carrier is coming out with this release, yes? Should be an interesting site on the space lanes. Wonder how gankable it'll be....

Given the name and what a real tugboat does, I would imagine it to be a ship for guiding super capitals safely into dock since they're too big to do it themselves.

However, this one is just a cross between a freighter and a carrier that can store and haul lots of fitted ships and probably has no capability for generating jump fatigue.

It should be great for generating expensive killmails.

I think one of the interesting balance challenges CCP will face with the Tug is what happens when you have a bunch of cargo optimizer rigged, max cargo expander deep space transports being used as cargo containers in the Tug, to create an Uber freighter. ...or maybe that's OK, since the total value of the ship would be through the roof and potentially become ganker food... I have a feeling we'll see some weird stuff come out of this. Funny killmails, big pay-days, and broken hearts.

My wish list:

- New drone interface
- local chat and DScan spamming are tweaked and replaced by a new awesome intel tool
- Gatecamps are removed. Just like that.
- WiS is on the works
- The UI is revamped: less windows and more condensed information.
- Wardecs get some love

The new character progression discussion is interesting tho.

Really?

You have to ask how gankable it will be?

Like it matters.....If you violate the Code while flying through James 315 space, it doesn't matter what you're flying. Be it a noob ship, a battleship or a capital ship.
