Black Screen and 'Submit a Ticket' not working on site

I am currently having black screen after login issues that won't go away, not just for 15 seconds, the black screen is permanent.

A GM got in touch with me after a submitted a ticket (which doesn't show on the eve accounts site) via email and I followed their instructions. Unfortunatley it didn't work so I tried to contact them via the link in the mail and the security code. After typing a response to the GM and hitting the submit key the site just tells me there is an error, try again later.

Any ideas on how to fix this? GM's info was clear cache which didn't work. Only happens on this toon on the account. Black screen but still see mail notification and watch list pop ups.

I'm in the same pickle, just happened to me yesterday. The screen stays black, it does not come back. When I tried a different character on the same account, that character was fine. I petitioned and the GM asked me to reset my cache, that didn't work, I'm hoping they can figure this out soon as I can't even change that characters skill.

I just asked a GM to log in as that character and whatever they did fixed my issue. I'd suggest petitioning and asking them to look into your issue further.
