Why is my Launcher and Client in Russian Today?

Anyone else having this Issue ? Anyone know how to fix?

Russia has annexed EVE. Have fun flying Balalaika class starships with matryoshka tanks.

In the ESC menu in game the second tab from the right allows you to change language.

Well, Client is OK. Launcher still Speaks Russian.

I'm fairly certain there is either a memory issue or an OBOE somewhere in the client settings saving mechanism. My clients are always losing track of whether or not I have the d-scan window open between docking sessions, whether or not I have all brackets like moons showing, the state of some inventory window, or some other niggling little setting that I have to fix or revert in some way.

If I could pin it down, I'd submit a bug report but it's not easily or intentionally repeatable. It just happens "eventually" after a few weeks.

I haven't had my client change languages on me yet, but I've heard of it happening.

Launcher's language is changed with drop down menu next to the gear icon at the top right corner

I believe this stuff happened before with the launcher a while back when CCP updated the client.
