Mayhaps my definition of what a 'new' player is differs from others... I consider anyone under a year old to be a new player. Of course this wont stop me from shooting them in the face and subsequently having a chat with them if they're amenable. Some may question the morality of this or frown upon it, but I'm strangely comfortable with it. Bear
However, this is a case of a new player shooting other new players... working as intended in that regards. Pirate

As to the OP, if his actions aren't the issue but instead the content of his messages... well that IS something that falls into CCP's court rather than C&P's. They do care about such things and if he's crossing over the line I'd recommend following the proper channels and get that taken care of.

i agree with the above post, do take it up with ccp regarding the messages if you feel that they were unnacceptable, they have logs for that. however i did chuckle at your point of saying that you are 'deciding what to do next'. in regards to his play style, the only thing you can do is go hunt him down yourself and show him the error of his ways or hire someone to do it. this may sound like 'defending' the game mechanics' but thats just it, this game doesnt care about your morals in regards to how the game is played, but it does if how they are talking is bad, especially to others. at the end of the day, he is creating content and that IS what this game is about. ccp gives us the means, and we take it for a ride.

TL/DR: I can't tax incursions or rent out incursion space to folks that don't own supers, therefore incursions are a bad game mechanics. Everyone should rent space from me. Big smile

hahahahahhaha - an activity that can be done collaboratively and enjoyable in PvE fashion? Goon response - ban it. Unless you are actively trying to ruin someone's day and spread misery the Goon hive mine is unhappy and will try to get your gameplay banned. Can you guys be any more transparent?
