Greetings!

Your most sinister and hairy-faced Agony Aunt has made a reappearance, selflessly devoting himself to answering your wormhole related questions in a fully serious fashion. Questions can be posed anonymously to myself via mail and will be answered if and when I get liquored up enough to become deranged.

I'm expecting a question from Winthrop will kick this all off.

Dear Irresponsible in J222343,

In pondering your question, "How fast is an unladen swallow?", which you further confounded by asking yourself an additional qualifier, "African or European", I realised that the real question you were asking was, "How fast is an unladen Heron? Sukuvesataa or Standard?" because we all know that the Swallow is a manoeuvre performed by ladies of the munificent affections, not an actual class of Caldari starship. It is also clear that all African swallows have died of Ebola or bird flu.

Mayhaps, one day, the Caldari Navy will give us a Swallow, but perhaps they will also give us the Spit, but that couldd arguably be a variant of the Stabber and hence a Minmatar design. But I digress.

With the question properly framed, I went to work to derive the maximum speed of an unladen Heron, both Sukuvestaa and Standard, taking into account all possible variables.

I considered that speed in EVE is ill-defined in and of itself. Speed could mean either of two variables; warp speed and sub-warp speed. I do not know which you refer to, however, logically the heron is not an interceptor, and this being a wormhole advice column, the need for prolonged multi-system warping to go from Jita to Cloud Ring to deliver a load of PLEX is irrelevant, therefore we shall focus entirely on the sub-warp speed problem.

In my maths, I also discounted the fact that there is no laden or unladen state to starships in EVE, for cargo capacity and mass of cargo is irrelevant to calculation of speeds, therefore I opted for an Overdrive-based fit.

Of course, being elite wormhole dwellers, we all fly with high-grade snakes and full Claymore boosts, in a C6 Black Hole, where one can attain a maximum velocity of 17,362 metres per second with a Heron, Sukuvestaa or otherwise.

In an attempt to not be lame, I have created the ultimate Heronceptor, which you may use to surprise escalating capitals, who will clearly not see this coming, unlike the ladies whom you pay to swallow.

Mr friend of the trinkets how i have waited for this service to start, i am sorry i wasn't able to be your first user of this glorious service as i followed your other service thread so eagerly.

Since i have left one Legion for another legion and soon will find my wallet emptier and my supercarrier toon more supercarrier full, will i one day be able top bring it into WH space to fully escalate C6 sites solo to fund more nefarious ships? And will it help my cause if i pay BU rent monies?

Dear Winthorp,

As Schopenhauer says, human life is directionless, and motivated by unfulfilled desire.

In your directionless meanderings through nullsec, you must consider the question of what motivates you? As we can see, clearly a desire to thrust the prickly and squishy sac of your generative organs into the eye sockets of your foes has caused you to accumulate space geld to the point of purchasing a Supercarrier. This is merely a tool to expedite said sac-thrusting and eye-balling.

But having achieved the installation of your flabby, cellulite-ridden buttocks in the clone holster in your supercarrier, clearly you desired more than tea-bagging your foes, or else you would not ask a question; therefore the desire of Mankind is infinite and unfulfillable by achievement of any supercarriers.

This expresses as a desire to bring your new toy (or, as the case may be, the new steely coffin into which you have thrust yourself, never to leave it until you are blown out of it) into wormholes. But we must now ponder - will even this satisfy your endless and insatiable desires? One supposes not.

As to your question whether or not one should pay Blood union rent moneys, I can state that, no you should not. For a start, as is seen on various historiographic references upon the internet, our Russian cousins desires are for full sized human women, and this frustrates them, as it appears a large proportion of Russian women are quite small. I would therefore suggest keeping exotic dancers, full sized, in your hold and ejecting them into space as an offering to your silent Russian overlords.

Dear Trinket,

I have recently started getting back into WH space and the only ship I know how to fly is a drake. However all my corp members laugh at me and tell me i'm not allowed to bring my drake.

Could you please advise me as to when it is okay to bring a drake?
