having filed about 70 bug reports for you, while some bugs are new to you, others were also known to you already. it is somehow disappointing if you put your own time and effort in to make screenshots, zip up the logs, write up the error description and put it all on your website to finally find out, you already knew.

your existing page Known Issues is by far too coarse in granularity. i would like to be able to see if you are already aware of a problem to see if it makes sense to report it. the page could contain the bug headlines like you use internally to structure and organize them and some detailed description, maybe give us a search option.

i do have acknowledged still open bugs dating back january 2011 (9 months now), so it is quite reasonable to assume that in the mean time many others reported them too. this is currently a waste of effort, good will and time on both players' and CCP's side.
