Who'd like to see a caracal remodel? I could go with either a honest to god vertical setup like with the nag or myrm, or something really fast and dangerous-looking, like this concept art from the talented DasaniWaters: http://www.deviantart.com/art/Fujin-Caldari-Battlecruiser-182610814

You're not weird. The Caracal is beautiful.

It's inevitable that the Caracal will get hit with the V3 bat sooner or later. It'd be nice if it got some slight visual upgrades, but nothing too major or there's a risk it'll lose some of it's beauty.

On a side note, why are you linking to a pic of the legion?

I would not go as far as you and call it beautiful, but it certainly has something to it. And the current model allows for some pretty neat modern models, which can easily retain the current shape of the Caracal and still look more contemporary.

I'd be ok with a remodel. Never really liked the design of the Caracal. But then, there are many other ships, which are much more in the need of a redesign (e.g. Blackbird).

Vertical ship design for caldari? Uhm, just no.

Would be nice to see a more "contemporary" version of the trinominal form, something that actually looks like a... you know... ship.

the caracal reminds me of a klingon bird of prey .. yes it could do with a touchup but not a redesign by any means..
maybe add it as a new navy caldari cruiser .. we have unique faction frigs afterall.. it could be a blasterboat aswell .. would be nice too have a caldari blaster navy ship.

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

That's something I definitely could get behind; I like the navy osprey as a pvp boat but I feel kind of weird flying something that looks like an enormously overweight cthulu-quail.
