There is actually quite a lot of drama in this thread (all coming from Ynot, with everyone else just calmly shooting him down), so I wouldn't call you a liar at all. You have correctly identified the presence of drama.

EM have engaged me many times, and even once destroyed one of my vessels, Even going so far as to GCC on my Ares which was peacefully on a pleasure cruise a few months back. They are not so much NRDS as shoot anything not loyal to the Republic or Federation as best I can tell. I remember, they even accused the alliance I was with at the time of crimes against the republic and slavery without a shred of evidence. I wouldn't be surprised if they listed my current corporation the same way, despite the lack of evidence.

We set people red for committing crimes. "Not being loyal to the Republic or Federation" is not a crime according to us. Being loyal to the Empire is, though. I'd agree that the term "NRDS" is so vague it is more or less meaningless in and by itself, though.

Which alliance was that?

The only kill of you I found on our killboard was a Cyclone-class battlecruiser you lost in Turnur while flying for Shaktipat Revelators, known Sansha loyalists.

Your current corporation is neutral. We'd usually consider a corp calling itself "Unofficial Master Kuvakei Fan Club" not hostile, as it's likely a joke and not serious, but with your Sansha loyalist past, I suspect it's quite serious. So I'd be happy to get you negative standings if you like :-)

Usual NRDS entities use red hostile standings to mark pirates/outlaws as valid targets and political enemies as valid targets for them.

It never involves shooting randomly at people without proper standings set.

The event I referenced was a one Benito Arias of Lutinari Syndicate, in a claw. I didn't lose a ship in the encounter perhaps that is why you missed it. I was merely in a pleasure cruise 300km or so off of the Boundless Creations factory in Turnur in an Ares, when he enters local comes right to the station and then burns out to my location and starts pointing me GCCing in the process. In fact he was too far away for me to hit as I recall, luckily due to the assistance of True Slave Foundations, he was quickly destroyed.

I don't really recall if it was the Fan Club, or if it was Zaratha Zarati, but regardless it was a member of the Shaktipat Revelators at the time as they were both members of that organization in the past. If your criteria is that anyone who supports the legitimate sovereign state known as Sansha's Nation is an enemy, then yes, please feel free to set UMKFC to red, I am sure my CEO would support being red to an organization that takes such a judgmental viewpoint that mere support of another state makes you an enemy.

Also, I find it appalling that one would consider the Fan Club a joke, just because we didn't manage to get official status doesn't make our work any less serious, in fact we were never declined for it, merely Nation diplomats never responded, but I am sure they are happy with our work.

Guess you should have picked your witticism a bit more carefully Val. Hope you like being a full time target.

While it would be nice to imagine the Fan Club being such an important target that we could make Electus Matari use locator agents and come to us, while annoying them with witty banter in local, something tells me that we just aren't that important. If they want to waste the time coming after us, I think I would greatly enjoy the thought of wasting their time, so I encourage this action.

Despite this, I would generally consider myself a full time target as is, of course while I welcome EM as a red, they are but one among many.
