Docked and locked window losing transparency.

So just setting up my UI again and noticed this.

I keep my fleet chat docked with corp chat tab and both pinned and transparent.

Whenever you drop and join a fleet the fleet chat window will become opaque and I will have to unpin and pin the window group again to make it transparent.

Did a bit of testing and this will occur even when its not docked.

If you pin your fleet window somewhere to make it transparent, the next time you join a fleet the border will still be transparent but the chat background will be opaque, unpin and pinning again makes it transparent.

Not that big a deal. But something noticed in first couple of minutes....

Corp chat will also do this when you log in, have to unpin and pin again to return transparency.

Station services window still not locking. Keep it inset 6 from the top right, everytime dock up it moves to be flush against the right side.
