I'd rather it be something that is really hard to get, like some kind of extremely difficult challenge and if you win you have a chance at loot that offers temporarily accelerated learning.

They should also sell ban vouchers that will ban anyone you don't like for 30 days at the cost of two PLEXes.

-1 redundant. You can already use a PLEX to get 2x skill training by activating a second account or by activating a 2nd skill queue on your account.
