Buy a wardec. If you don't/can't do that, you can still gank, but expect to lose your ship to concord, just like always.

So there's 2 new reasons to be in NPC corps:
a) Misinformation. Under "benefits of being in a player corp" evelopedia erroneously goes on about cooperating with other players when they should've just put "save 11% ratting tax" in bold letters there.
b) People simply gave up after hammering strings into the ticker field for 2 hours. *hrmpf*
