I think he's talking about http://evemogul.com/, it's like those wow guides that teach you how to farm gold. In this case, I think it's a market guide.

anyone who purchases that is just plain stupid. one there are a load of videos and guides on you-tube and elsewhere which help you make isk, hell just spend that money on plex and bang instarich. or enjoy the game and make mistakes and learn from experiences and then at the end you can feel better about it.
