So currently, you can have what...2 sanctums spawn from a fully upgraded system? this makes it so maybe you can have 2-4 players ratting them at a time for moderate gains. however, once you get 10+ people in a location...youre forced to expand or roam elsewhere causing lack of growth stimulation. i am aware you all know this, but a dead horse needs to be kicked.

is there a way to change the upgrade, so that it becomes almost an agent office? you fly in to it, request the level of anom that you want, youre given a location to warp to. as soon as you land on grid at that location, the site spawns and is now just like a normal sanctum or whatever. but this anom, you can not request a new anom until the one you already have in your agent logbook is either de-spawned or finished. this would prevent people from mass spawning them to an extent. obviously isboxers will be able to anyways. but once a site is spawned someone else can run it, so it adds a degree of prevention there.

this would allow for corporation held systems within an alliance to support every member of that corporations ratting needs. it will also make for a more dense population for hunters and roamers to fall upon. and it will give a location, the system upgrade, that people will have to warp to in order to get sites. causing another potential area of conflict.

TL:DR
Arrowmake system upgrades more like an agent depot
Arrowspawn one site of type desired, per character, at a time
Arrowsites do not spawn until you warp to agent log location
Arrowonce sites are spawned, character can not request new site until present site either times out, or is finished
Arrowprovide targets for hunters

IMO the game whether highsec, lowsec or nullsec needs more multiplayer PVE content in the style of the frostfire story arc in city of heroes whereby agents can hand out an arc of missions that don't require you to go back to the agent between every single one and lead upto a main enemy character. Especially in highsec it would be a good way to get random pilots working together and encourage interaction.

( for those not familiar with the game and have time to kill there is a video of the whole arc here https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=U6glFUB_2n4 )

Or you can choose/try some different anomalies.

you could claim more space then. there is plenty of unused space in eve, giving more anomalies for a single system is a step into wrong direction then.

having to search and spread out for resources is not a bad thing.

Nah man...only one player can get the agent. Its not like 0.0 people have alts to get these assigned, oh wait....

OP....there are the "crap" ca's to run or good old fashioned belt ratting. The limited good stuff is by design. Want some fairness on this that should be an internal movement to not have a few carrier ratters hog the stuff up all the time. This would be why timers and refreshes went to crap for the good stuff in the first place.

A bitter was helping me out a few time letting me tag along on his good ca hops in the good old days. Old boy showed me his most excellent system to hop these on a a virtually perfect schedule. We had damn near no lost time between the string of good ca's he found. My only lost time was travel to system as he carrier hopped there and I gated it. Even splitting rat bounties the CA bounces made us a more than fair amount of money.

TL;DR....good CA content was changed as it was insane isk per hour done right. Assuming you have the intent to make tis help out others less fortunate, its not s stretch for one real person to spam these. Some motivated types I know have carrier alts to match carrier capable main.

nulsec wants more isk for less work?

Stop the empires paying out bounties for kills on NPCs that benefit in no way the empires. Losec is empire space, and NPC rats in there are a problem for all. You want to earn empire isk from bounties? Come to empire space and rid it of the pirate factions.

Empire factions paying bounties for nulsec kills makes no sense at all. Player-claimed nulsec is player-driven. If you want a bounty for killing a rat, then ask the sov holders for payment.

Jeez! You nulsec players whine more than any other type of player in Eve.

I'd honestly rather see more systems with better true sec and maybe a little incentive to get players into belts more often.

Not sure if you heard but we own half of null already.

There is loads of empty 0.0 space. We did a round trip through six different influence zones and about 70 jumps and saw maybe 40 people in systems and two little fleets.

Take a PVP fleet and run the sites in small squads just go system to system. One site gets hostiles and rest of fleet warps in.

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

Instead of allowing for more lone wolf players, they should introduce a new type of anomaly for groups of players.

Something like 4,000-5,000 DPS output and multiple un-snipe-able neut towers with a grid wide cyno jammer and a deadspace gate to prevent cap ships from entering.

These "fortress" anomalies would require teams of people to complete but would have payouts to match.
Think incursion-lite

This would allow systems to raise their player density without spawning unlimited numbers of anomalies simultaneously. You might even make the average payout a little less than a sanctum run solo, but the benefit would be a larger group and higher player density providing additional security.

nulsec wants more isk? Come to empire space and earn it.
