Been away for a while and trying to remember the rules for transporting a fitted ship in a carrier ship bay.

Only ammunition in the cargo hold, to include missiles?

Modules unloaded?

Drones in drone bay?

Am I remembering correctly. Thanks in advance.

Ammunition of any kind (loaded or unloaded), drones (in the drone bay), and capacitor boosters (loaded or unloaded) can all be in a ship that is put into a carrier without a problem.

You'll get a warning otherwise.

Nanite paste and scripts also can be in the cargo hold.

The rule of thumb: if it can be loaded into a module, it's ammunition, and can be in a ship's cargo hold if it goes into a ship maintenance bay. However, I think (check me if I'm wrong) that any ammo in modules will get unloaded into the cargo bay when the ship goes into the SMB; you can't fill up the ship's cargo bay and then load the guns to carry that little extra bit of ammo.

Ammunition, including missiles, bombs, probes, scripts, cap booster charges and Nanite paste can be carried in the cargo hold. Drones in the drone bay.

If you leave the guns/modules loaded the system will unload them into the cargo bay of the ship in question. If there isn't room it will dump them into the carrier pilots personal hanger. Be especially wary of this with Stealth Bombers who's cargo bays cannot usually accommodate a couple of extra bombs. I have noticed a bug in the past where occasionally it leaves the modules loaded. So if anyone is questioning that, it might be you have experienced this bug.

If the carrier pilot is another player, always put your name on the ship, it makes it so much easier, even if he is only transporting your ships, they could end up in his hanger mixed up with his ships.
