[Loan] 10b+ possible loan(collateralized) - cancelled

Hey MD,

I'm thinking about taking my 2nd loan. But since I'm still in draft mode, no numbers are final.

I want to invest in Phoebe and am not sure if I will get enough liquidity until the patch hits, so I'm considering taking a fully collateralized loan. Size can be 10b+ and length several months. Interest about 3% per month.

Since patch is approaching fast, I want to get in touch with a few people, since when I'm done with my drafts I want to act quickly.

I could maybe put in 5B. Any idea on what the collateral will be?

I found a solution in the meantime, meaning I won't take a loan this time.
