When you attack a player owned Customs Office it goes into reinforced mode when shield hit 25%. My problem is the corp that owns them set an 'exit from reinforcement' time about 2 hours after i go to bed. So by the time i am able to attack again their shields have regenerated.

My question is - if i do attack them again at full shield after they went through reinforcement - will i be able to polish them off or will they go into reinforcement AGAIN at 25% shields for the second time?

If they rep it out of reinforcement then yes, you start over again. Stay up late that night?

Recruit some help in their TZ? Does their KB show any recurring antagonist?

Are you looking to replace the POCO with your own, or just dish out some pain?

POCOs don't work like POS. You select your preferred option in a list of 2 hour intervals and the POCO will then exit reinforced sometime inbetween this interval after 24 hours. So the possible reinforcement timer on a POCO is between 24-48 hours.

Sucks to be you, the offender, as the defender picks the time a POCO comes out of RF. They have gained this right by conquering it so suck it up and deal with it. Once you have done that, and realised you can't change the time it comes out of RF, you can dictate the day it does. So pick an evening you can stay up late and gather some friends ingame. If this is too much work for you contact a merc corp that kills POCO's for a living. Have them kill, anchor and transfer the POCO for you. Good luck!
