Ah this guy

Besides the other issues you're in FW space which means most the implants you pop are just bought from the LP store and nothing to do with traders.

You sir are the worst kind. Your services are neither useful or desired. As a victim of your bloodlust, I can attest that you have no higher purpose with these killings. You are slaughtering capsuleers by the dozens for the sport of it. You do not require sponsorship. I am sure you make plenty of ISK scooping loot and collecting your own bounties. If the bounty system wasn't so terribly broken I myself would put a bounty on your head.

May PL drop black ops blobs on your head all day!

A courtesey glance through your kb shows alot of hardwirings and fw implants. If you want to make a case for yourself you ought to make a spreadsheet of the amount of pirate implants in particular you snuff out in a month.
