If they actually mean salvage...interesting

EDIT: wording in the article is components. So perhaps just the blue loot

The bigger question is if blue loot can now be reverse engineered / invented upon

SCC != SSC

Maybe update the title for disambiguation?

I was like "Why does Sleeper Social Club want blue lootz?"

Yeah, well, it's just like my opinion, man.

"This means that as of Phoebe on November 4th, NPC buy orders for Neural Network Analyzers will pay out 200,000 isk and Sleeper Data Libraries will be purchased for 500,000 isk. This should provide a very significant effect on income in the lower class wormholes without having a very large percentage increase in the income of higher class wormholes."

Neurals are 50k right now. Sleeper Data Libraries are 200k

If these stats are still right from previous forum posts, the current drop rates/values are

Small basic frigates (Emergent Patrollers, Watchmen, Escorts) will drop 2 neural network analyzers = 100k
Medium basic cruisers (Awakened Patrollers, Watchmen, Escorts) will drop 2 sleeper data libraries = 400k
Large basic battleships (Sleepless Patrollers, Watchmen, and Escorts) drop 7 sleeper data libraries + 2 neural network analyzers = 1.5m
The Sleepless Outguard drops 1 Anc. coord database, 2 sleeper data libraries, and 2 neural network analyzers = 2m
Small intermediate frigates (specifically Emergent Defender, Emergent Upholder) drop 2 neural network analyzers and 2 sleeper data libraries = 500k
Medium intermediate cruisers (Awakened Defenders and Upholders) drop 1 Anc. coord database, 2 sleeper data libraries, 2 neural network analyzers = 2m

That would mean for a sample C1 site like the perimeter camp:

Current drop value: 3M
New drop value: 9.6M

Quick math but I think that's right

Damn, and suddenly as of Nov. 4th low-class wormholes become that much better of an idea for fledgling wormholers.

VERY interesting development. Doesn't change conflict generation, but should help with population/activity levels.

Yeah, well, it's just like my opinion, man.

Potentially makes a c4 a greater cash cow (as well as c3 through c1)

Interesting development.

To my knowledge, this will affect mostly only C1 and C2.

C3+ WH doesnt have these type of blue loot in their combat sites. Meaby in some Gas/Ore site tho.

EDIT : Oups, my bad they do have the "Small intermediate frigates" and "Medium intermediate cruisers" mentioned above. Guess a few mil more then

This should really help the lower class wormholes. (hell everyone will see a something).

Sadly I didnt record each blue book type when I did all my testing, just the total amount. but looking back at some eve appraiser stuff I took.

but for 11 sites in a C1 used to be 33m books 80m salvage total of 113m, after changes it will be 96m books 80m salavge 176m total.

so a nice increase for them, will be similar for C2 as well. C3 looks like it will be 15m more per site C4 will be roughly 20 millon more a site. This is very rough so take it with a pinch of salt.

But will be a huge % income for C1 and C2, a reasonable amount increase for C3 and C4 and a small increase for C5 and C6. but everyones a winner

Not a huge buff for c4's but a buff to the entire series of lower end wormholes. Blue loot increase, nullsec sites, now just have to tweak the relics and data to make hacking them worth it, and the pve aspect will definetely be improved.

It's little tweaks like this that can improve wormhole space.

Do have a quick question after skimming the minutes. Did I miss the wormhole section of it. They were discussed in multiple areas but not in a whole, unless I missed the section (it's 140 pages).

The first half of general game design was set aside for wormholes (Huge thanks to CCP Affinity). Alot is also discussed behind the scenes (read at the pub) and thats not included in the minutes

Well my salvage stockpile is still a sad stockpile it seems, but buffing C1-C2 income is an incredibly good move from CCP.

Excellent work, CSM and CCP!
