Ishukone-Raata Public Release - Board of Directors Shuffled
>> Lonetrek Region
>> Sela Constellation | Malkalen Solar System
>> Malkalen V - Moon 1 - Ishukone Corporation Factory | Ishukone-Raata Administration Offices

Public Release:

With the deployment of Ishukone-Raata Naval assets to the Black Rise region it has been deemed necessary to make changes to various directives and policies. Such changes have also brought forth the reorganization of personnel, including the removal of several members on Ishukone-Raata's Board of Directors in order to ensure efficiency under these new directives.

Vice Admiral Khromace will take over as the new Director of Naval Operations. VADM Khromace will not be making a statement today.

Rear-Admiral Blotto Crowson will head up Ishukone-Raata's industrial core as the new Director of Industrial Operations. RADM Crowson will not be making a statement today.

Vice-Admiral Korbin Lavius will manage Ishukone-Raata's Human Resources Department. Tasked with recruitment and training, the Department of Human Resources will ensure a well trained fighting force remains available on a moment's notice. VADM Korsavius will be making a statement to this effect soon.

The Board of Directors has also voted unanimously to place Makoto Priano in the position of Director of Public Relations. Rear-Admiral Priano has demonstrated exceptional skill and grace in her management of Ishukone-Raata's public face, and the Board now believes she is ready to take the reigns from Vice-Admiral Oniseki. RADM Priano will be making a statement to this effect soon.

Under the command of Vice-Admiral Oniseki, a new Department of Internal Affairs has been created. Personnel auditing and internal policing will be the primary purview of IA, as will enforcing a unified political front. VADM Oniseki will be making a statement to this effect soon.

28.10.116 - Board of Directors:

Director of Naval Operations - Vice Admiral, Khromace
Director of Industrial Operations - Rear Admiral, Crowson
Director of Human Resources - Vice Admiral, Lavius "Korsavius"

Intergalactic Summit,

I would like to thank Executor Revenent for his announcement. It is my honor and pleasure to head up Ishuk-Raata's first Internal Affairs Department, and I look forward to conducting my duties.

In a closing statement for my former duties, I would like to reassure everybody on the IGS that my duties no longer include putting up with any of your ****. It is with great disappointment that I must now resign myself to informing you it is time to shove your opinions up your deadspace pocket. No longer will you be forced to endure my carefully worded posts about this and that, when for the most part all you really needed to know is that most of you are completely functionally ******* ********. But that is quite alright.

As none of my duties now involve the bumbling capsuleer public, I have no interest in informing you of them. You may all happily **** off.

Except some of you. Some of you are alright.

Greetings IGS,

As noted by the public release, I shall be managing I-RED's human resources. This entails the tasks mentioned in the public release in addition to managing and maintaining I-RED public/private communication networks, coordinating with NavOps and industrial directors to incentivize pilot training objectives and participation, and general administrative duties.

Currently, I am working on revamping the RDC and I-RED recruitment process to allow for smoother transition for incoming pilots and corporations. My predecessor, RADM Priano, did an excellent job in fulfilling this position's duties, and I aim to be able to fill her shoes adequately.

Any private inquiries directed to me may be done so via GalNet mail, and I will do my best to respond immediately.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

It would indeed seem RADM Priano has some emotional and mental preparation to do in order to handle the rigors of her new position. I have confidence she will.

Thank you, Revenent-haan, for your endorsement for this posting. I will endeavor to bring the best light to the Enforcement Directive, and to further our objectives and our relations with our valued allies as much as possible.

Further, I look forward to your support, Oniseki-Charantes-haani, and am sure I will benefit from your considerable diplomatic expertise in this posting.

Pilots, I must note that I've existed in a dual role on this forum, both as an agent of the Enforcement Directive, and as a citizen of the State with full freedom to express my opinion independently of the Enforcement Directive. As I continue to navigate the space between these two roles as a participant in the Summit, I ask for your continued consideration. Unless I make a posting with a clear indication that it is the official position of the Enforcement Directive, please assume that I am acting as a private citizen. I will, of course, always attempt to hold myself to a high standard.

...

And-- yeah. Katrina's considerable diplomatic expertise.

I've heard that one before. I think you'll find that the risks outweigh the rewards.

No offence, but I've heard people threatening not to comply before. I think you'll find that, where I'm not joking about a good friend of mine and where I feel I have an actual mandate, you'll find the risks of noncompliance outweigh the rewards.

Ms. Oniseki, you have a lot of anger I didn't know was broiling inside of you. Kind of surprising considering you made a statement maybe once every other month. Hopefully your new position gives you some much needed reprieve.

Threatening? My dear boy, you'd find that I was stating the reality of the situation. But you've caught my attention; do pray tell, what is your mandate over me?

I don't have one. Both conditional operants were met - I was joking about a good friend of mine and I don't feel I have an actual mandate.

But I do have a lot of experience with enforcing compliance.

Then perhaps you should revise your wording.
