EVE and Philips Hue: MY IMMERSION

I just wanted to share this as it's kind of a cool little trick to add some more depth to your EVE player experience. I recently purchased some Philips Hue Light Bulbs and installed one of them in my computer room to play with. After many hours of disco, I set my mind to finding some way to integrate it to EVE online. Using a program called "Moodifier" (Available for Appler, Android, Mac and Windows) I was able to sync the Philips hue bulb to my EVE Online game window to give this really cool effect in my room from the nebulas and sun on screen.

The color is not as intense in the video as it was in real life due to Auto White balancing, and this was my first shot. So far, the only problem is when I use big windows on screen, it changes to the window color, but overall it's quite enjoyable. Now if we could only get this actually integrated in to EVE using the Philips API

I love it. Might I humbly suggest you try the LED strips. They color change as well. You can mount them on the desk edge or alonmg the back wall forr added effect.
