Please reactivate my account on test server.

I have 10 day free and 1 month sub. Can i get on singularity once i get reactive or do i really have to wait for the 10 days to be up?
I would really like to do some testing before i start jumping into things.

hello id really appreciate my account to be reactivated. for some odd reason its not letting me on singularity username/password not working. running eve through steam been looking for fixs everywhere and this is my last resort thanks much. also i think im running on 10 free days maybe thats the issue but i have added more time to my account it just that im still on the 10 free days.

Reactivate my account for Singlularity please. (Actually it is "activate"--never been to Singularity before and the lock occurred in a break between my trial account and paid substription start.)

Oops--More Information:

1) It appears that the mirror was taken on October 6, and I believe my account was not active on that day. So I may be hosed for taking part in today's (October 28) test--if so, I understand.
2) Info from my Singularity log-in denial message does not seem correct (Number of visits 45--is that total visits to all servers? Because it's not right for Singularity; also, I'm subscribed now.):

Last Login: 2014.09.22 03:52
Number of Visits: 45
reason: Account subscription expired!
