Intergalactic Summit

Dear Readers

After the barrage of post today I find myself unable to sit back and remain quiet about this issue anymore (you will see the irony of this statement shortly.) Of my albeit little time reading this board it has become clear to me that it has amongst other problems a very serious and cancerous body resting somewhere near it's heart.

I am talking of course of Ms. Diana Kim. Her continued hollow, vile, and vapid attempts to spit hatred and bigotry here has gone on quite enough. Her bold face wishes to be part of the Provists movement and hero worship of Heth represent the worst of the Caldari ideals, she represents the worst of my people. As such I can no longer sit by without at least speaking my peace. To my fellow Caldari and the other nations alike, she is a harlequin echo of the man who nearly sent our State to ruin and worse still she is both completely unrepentant and vocal about this.

Ms. Kim represents a nearly extinct and locally reviled percentage of our people but shouts so loud she allude to a scale far greater than reality allows. Like the Provist she espouses whenever questioned, she represents an enemy of the Caldari State not an Ally, and as such I would emplore all those who should choose to continue to engage her in her grandstanding to remember this.

After reading through today's dose of bigotry I found myself thinking on an old saying my mother would repeat to me. One should know my mother never engaged in outright combat during her entire life so take this with a grain of salt, that said it roughly translated to:

"The greatest injury one can inflict upon his foe, is to ignore him. "

And so today I give you my pledge; " No more. No more will I engage this bigoted grandstander. No more will I grant her vitriol an ear to land upon. No more will I lash back in anger and frustration against a foe who's only goal is attention for her vile agenda. I am finished. I pledge to no longer engage in this hate-filled game. I will not respond; no matter the cries or calls of cowardice. I will not afford this vapid foe another ounce of my effort or attention. This I pledge and enshrine here for all to see. "

I deeply hope more will join me in this effort, as I know so many more have done already. I'd be happy to engage in the discussion if you see folly in my actions (or more accurately" inaction. ") with named parties and known compatriots excluded of course.

I find it mildly distressing the messages that the posting of a thread such of this sends: on the one hand, a disappointing lack of willpower on the part of most users of this forum (myself included in some cases), and on the other, the complete blind eye that the CRC has given to this forum for so long so as to let it get to the point where such a thread is necessary.

If the CRC has no desire to keep this forum in a usable state it seems worth questioning the point of using it in the first place.

Already blocked, and now going to thoroughly resist the urge to be baited by. I encourage all loyal State citizens to do the same, so that it will be as if this madwoman's words find an empty room.

But ma'am! Can we still respond with live ammunition?
