A proteus fit for L4s, WH sites, and pvp.

Hello everyone, i'v been looking for a proteus fit for the above three, well i'm really not thinking of having just 1 for the above three more like having a protues fit for each of the things above. So that being said i came here in search of help seeing how battle clinic has way to many fits and some of which are only filled with officers, dead space, etc...

The only real downside, that I can see of having a T3 with multiple fits is the Rigs.

The Rigs won't be removed when you swap fits for traveling, scanning and combat (PVP or PVE)

My alt is training for a Proteus too and will be using two fits, scanning and PVE combat.

My advice for you is to use EFT, PYFA or Osmium to create a fit for the Proteus, before buying the subsystems and hull.

Off the top of my head, use Tanking Rigs for the Proteus, such as a Trimark, and nano pump and then either go for a DPS rig (Hybrid extension/Collision Accelerator) or add a second nano pump/Trimark Rig.

My final word of Advice is this; Train all your subsystem skills to 5, and Gallente Strategic Cruiser skill to 4, and do this before you've even bought the Hull.

It's about 6 weeks of total training, but it'll be worth it and even if you fly out of Jita, you may have a chance of survival.

Only fly what you can afford to lose.

On a more serious not the Proteus is outclassed for PvE use by the HAMgu and Laser Legion. Only the Loki is worse for most PvE content (unless you use it to web and paint sleeper BS to blast em with capital neutron blaster cannons).

Only 661 DPS total at all5 without implants, T2 Hammers and Vanilla AM. 860m ISK - downgrading the shieldbooster to Pith-A medium, while no cheaper, saves a lot of fitting - mainly CPU. The Gist-C 10 MN MWD is less CPU intensive than the Corpum-C as well allowing non -faction in the lows and mids.
The defensive sub was chosen over the nano as it gives mroe buffer.

Still outperformed by Legions and Tengus xD

I'd like to point out that , you need to be very carefull wich wh sites u run, most sleepers in higher class neut/web/scram so in general an active tank low buffer fit won't work. C1 C2 and some C3 anoms will work..yet the isk isnt all that "fabulous" not to mention the fact that u can get ganked so easly.
