GTX 770 FPS issues

I never had problems with EVE but logged today after 5 months and have serious issues.
Frame rate drops from 60 to 30 in a instant which causes heavy jittering and it's annoying as hell.
On top of that lost connection 4 times in 3 hours.

When I switch to Interval Immediate it get's better but GPU temp is going 14-17 degrees higher.

System is clean, SSD, 4770K, GTX 770 and 16GB of RAM.

Any ideas?

I am always messing around with my video settings (Geforce GT650m) and i am running eve mostly fine.
Easiest thing u can try for start is DEFAULT your 3D setting at the Nvidia control panel and make sure u are using setting u just defaulted.
Second thing is Clear EVE cache: At the launcher u can see little ratchet up right corner - Cache - Clear all.
