Where do I find the Men's 'Marshal' Jacket (Sisters of EVE)?

It doesn't show up in the NES, there aren't any market entries for it in any region I've searched, EVE-Central doesn't seem to think any of the 'Marshal' jackets exist, and I can't find any info for it online. The one site that even mentions it has no data on it having ever been owned or traded, or even asked for.

Where do I get one, and how much does it cost?

Many apparel items that are listed in the market are not released yet.

Check the link in my sig, the apparel section lists the clothing I do not have yet which just so happens to coincide with the stuff that isn't released.

Why not get a Caldari jacket instead :D

Caldari jackets are made out of the best materials in the universe! Comfortable and stylish!

SOE jackets are most likely made out of cheap materials that offer no virtual comfort >_>

I receive much virtual comfort from cheap, brilliant colors. Isk cent SoE red makes me wet.

The men's marshal jacket has been given to people who opted for a recent campaign where you can buy a subcription for a certain time fo'cheap.

For the month of October if you create a new account (Not using the referral link) you will be given the ORE jacket both make and female as well as a few other things
