I know this character is an absolute mess of an alt. Wondering if he is worth anything or should I just continue to train him towards perfect Aeon.

Well looks like you started industry and swapped it. you would get way more for perfected aeon skills. and leadership. However your going to be sitting on it for a bit. when selling a pvp character take away all science and industry skill points and the total added up of combat and combat ship skills is what your selling.
