Almost all of the threads I've read about the christmas gifts is ***** and wine threads...

Players don't thank CCP for what they're given...FOR FREE!

Sure they're not the best things in EVE. I'm just very happy that instead of telling what they're giving us and we're stuck with it. They're giving us a choice of what we get. That's ontop of the cool implants they've given us.

What alot of customers forget is that corporations are run by people, just like themselves, are prone to mistakes.
*cough* Incarna *cough* And they had the balls to come forth, admit their mistake, (which is unheard of in ANY company) and then proceed to try their hardest to fix their fuckup. In my personal opinion, they're doing a good job of it.

So, I dunno about the rest of you, but I'd like to thank CCP for the choice of gifts they've given us this year. And congrats for having patience to deal with everyones bitchfest and not putting the servers on fire...(again)

Snowballs would've been nicer. But I like the plan for this year's gifts FAR more than the last few. I mean, half of them are actually very useful.

As a new player, Thank you CCP for the gifts.

Reading some of these posts people are crying that you gave them a remap, (my gift selection had more choices then just a remap, maybe I'm lucky) then when after several pages of "this better not mess up my counter" threads CCP decides hey, maybe they don't want this and it seems not many are happy with it. So, they remove it...then all hell broke loose, the same people crying about the remap are now furious that it's removed.

I know your not going to make everyone happy with any decision, but damn there is some that are not happy with either decision. I get the feeling these individuals want to ***** just for the sake of bitching.

TL;DR
Thanks CCP for the gifts you didn't have to give me. Don't mind the whiners, they wanted a lump of veldspar (coal) and wasn't happy with what was offered.

Well, ****, if 150M for everybody is good, then surely 300M for everybody is better, right? And if 300M is better then giving everyone 100 free titans and infinite (or let's call it 999 trillion just to be safe) faction ammo would be best, right?

Give me my 100 free titans and infinite faction ammo, CCP!

Oh wait, we have a server where nothing is worth anything because they hand it out to everyone. It's called Sisi. Go play there if you like free ****.

Add on: Go home to your families CCP, eat turkey or whatever you eat in Iceland. Get fall on the floor drunk, pass out and sleep all day boxing day.

That pretty much goes to all EVE online community.

People like to troll a lot, the more you pay attention, the more they seek it.

To the people - injecting Valuable objects into EVE economy means that heaps of ISK can be spent. It is not heaps of currency, it's actual items that magically spawned on every account. It slows down the inflation, new items will be sold cheaper, excessive ISK can be spent on extra stuff.

It is a good idea - if not a 'clear' ISK sink, it sure affects currency in positive way. Remember that items can be destroyed forever. ISK stays in the economy - player driven economy, it inflates, people tend to try and print ISKs faster than others can. Very few good ISK sinks, large alliances and economic magnates act as ISK magnets and collectors, but like a capacitor their total ISK potential can burst into powerful gamebending manipulations.

Well they didnt say that actually. They said they are looking into resolving some issues that us customers had with it, which they HOPEFULLY will do before dec 22. I had the remap as well and Im crossing fingers

There will always be winers and haters (I am looking at you AKjon Ferguspam), but this year Santa CCP has really done a good job with their gifts. And NO, the free gifts are NOT gonna destabilize the EVE economy.

Hmm....where do we select these? I can't seem to find out where, maybe I'm just blind could someone please enlighten me?
