You are complaining about the damage done to a drone not showing when they are in the drone bay?

I think that he is.
And yes I think it would be nice if you could tell the health of a drone when its in the drone bay.

this sounds like a features and idea discussion

I qouted from a german threat and translated it with google. Sorry for my bad english.

The point is: When u want to replace a damaged drone on the Battlefield with a fresh one, u have to take it in. But then u dont know, wich one is it. For now u have to repair it remotely or wait until it pops, and send a new one.

I think that could deserve a change. Am i right?

This is not true. Try repackaging drones. Damaged ones are not able to be packaged. Although its not ideal it's much better than undocking.

During deployment, right click the damaged drone -> return to dronebay. It works for individual drones, you don't need to pull them all in.

I use the repackage method for my drones too
I make 1 'group' for the drones called 'damaged' and when I recall the damaged drone, I stick it in that group and launch another one from the stack of repackaged drones.

Also note that if you launch all your drones at once, they return in a certain order, Knowing this, I can launch the drone at the top of the list knowing that it is the oldest one in my damaged drones group, and likely to have the most shields regenerated, though if you keep a good eye on your drones they won't get eaten

Another solution might be, have damaged drones return and orbit, then scoop them into the cargo bay.

I have made new groups for such things. Something like this:

Group 1 = Vespa
Group 2 = Hammer
Group 3 = Damaged

When i need to recall a damaged drone i just right click the drone interface & add to "Damaged" group, then recall.P

EVEBoard ...Just over 60million skill points, each skill was chosen for a reason. I closed my eyes & clicked another skill to train... "BINGO...!!!" ... "This time i got something usefull"

Drone control and combat is just plain convoluted and clunky, from crown to crapper.

I agree, when only 3 wapons on ships are allowed too.
