Calm down, Gunner. You clearly don't understand that wormholes are beyond the ingame area, the six classes, the sleepers, the wobble, the mappers, the paranoia, etc...

Wormholes are also the players. We have some brilliant trolls, some awful ones, corp thieves, bitter former-holers, fresh newbroz, and all the trimmings. To be successful in wormholes, all you have to do is play. You may lose everything and still win, since we are a bunch of nerds playing in Scrooge Mcduck's vault.

You're trying to be an adult on a playground, so don't be surprised when the kids use you for their amusement. This thread ceased being your thread the moment you posted it in this sub. You might as well have fun.

For anyone that wants to learn about wormholes, consider yourself schooled. This thread, the other threads, the tears and rage, the various channels and whatnot is wormholes. You can find all the tools you need online, or by asking in a channel "Join W-Space", and Gunner if you really want to have a class of pupils to teach, apply to teach at Eve Uni. You can be as serious as you want there.

I'll try to get this back on track.

W-space channel great in theory but just fails so far. Everytime 0300- 0700 I login it shows 6-8 people in it and when someone talks in it never any replies. Would be great to get more people in it.

I am the epitome of noob I played skill que online for the first few years playing EVE took a very long time away from game and been back a year because I want to be in wh. I can now between my alts fly every wh required ship great tank and capacitor skills pos gunner all scan skills at 4 or better.

So a few questions I have

1)Isk self sufficient I see this term in wh recruitment posts.

Am I overthinking this? How am I supposed to know if this is possible. The last thing I want to do is join a corp have fun for a few weeks then have to grind incursions or lvl 4 and not contribute to the new corp. Or does this mean I should dual train all my accounts for PI alts?

2) Pvp experience

I have very little I pvped in 2004 in Stain alliance failed horribly at it Did some gate camping boring as ****. Should I be joining RVB or FW or Spectre Fleet or is there a place for a noob pvper in w space?

Most w space pilots are stable on there isk. We farm sleeper sights which in lower class can be done very fast as a solo or as a Team in the higher class Sites

As far as pvp yes eve uni rvb is a great place to learn only eve uni has a w space division in a c2.. there are also Corps that take lower Skilled players and train them up.. Feel Free to mail me or convo in game and i can direct you to some :)

I have removed numerous rule-infringing posts from this thread. Let's please try to act like adults when discussing issues. The constant trolling, flaming, and non-constructive posts are tiring.

Before continuing to reply, please take a look at our Forum Rules for a refresher.

Quote:
2. Be respectful toward others at all times.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others.

3. Ranting is prohibited.

A rant is a post that is often filled with angry and counterproductive comments. A free exchange of ideas is essential to building a strong sense of community and is helpful in development of the game and community. Rants are disruptive, and incite flaming and trolling. Please post your thoughts in a concise and clear manner while avoiding going off on rambling tangents.

4. Personal attacks are prohibited.

Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts that are designed to personally berate or insult another forum user. Posts of this nature are not conductive to the community spirit that CCP promotes. As such, this kind of behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive, and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.

8. Use of profanity is prohibited.

The use of profanity is prohibited on the EVE Online forums. This includes the partial masking of letters using numbers or alternate symbols, and any attempts at bypassing the profanity filter.

23. Post constructively.

Negative feedback can be very useful to further improve EVE Online provided that it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. Users are also reminded that posting with a lack of content also constitutes non-constructive posting.

We have already had to clean this thread twice; please don't make us return!

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

15. Bumping outside the EVE Marketplace and Alliance & Corporation Recruitment channels is prohibited.

The bumping of posts to alter the order of the thread listing on a forum is prohibited outside the EVE Marketplace and Alliance & Corporation Recruitment forum channels. Within the EVE Marketplace section of the forums, each forum category has its own rules regarding acceptable bumping for sales threads clearly listed in the stickies.

Please do not bump this thread to bring it back to the top of the forum. Thanks!
