For those who are wondering, the italicized text is a form of old data encoding known as-- uh, had to check, 'hexidecimal.' It's archaic, a sort of academic curiosity from old databases.

And those items? Those are the remnants of the Jove ambassador who attempted-- and failed --to teleport himself in YC107.

The encoded portions are a simple hexadecimal code, which translate to the following:

First segment:

Fifth segment is problematic. "30003413" is a CONCORD-standard system tag for Eram, where Site One is deployed. The second tag does not appear in the standard index, and may refer to a system within "wormhole space".

Sixth segment:

Seventh segment:
packet loss - 0.015%commencing BCA shutdown... complete!system shutdown initiated

Eighth segment:

The likelihood is that we are just seeing a somewhat malfunctioning translation unit; code such as this would typically be processed and removed before a message is transmitted.

Mr. Tukoss, the Ethics Committee has gone quiet since your disappearance, but the channel remains ready to be utilized should the project resume.

You can find the 40216465 in there as the star ID of Eram (the sun).

That would explain the auto-correction, then; Site One lies just over nine million kilometers from Eram's star, making it the closest "celestial" (according to capsule overview settings definitions) to the star.

It seems I'm late to the party, having not been a capsuleer when the initial project was run though I ready to provide assistance when I can.

I'm rather curious though to why you would want body parts from I believe that Jovian that had a accident years back, I'm not even sure they still exist.
