Personally, I think a advert for a 2.5 bil loan with no collateral being filled 2 days after posting is rather impressive. I'll use those mirrors to take several selfies of myself with my shiny new freighters.


You don't understand what you have done, do you?

It started fairly well but then you rapidly lost your temper and proved you are not really ready for public investments. You fell back to private loaning which is something most can do and that give no record for the future, except for this smear. You still claim victory over something that did not go well and actually backfired on your public image.

Have fun with your 2.5B, I hope you'll find your ways to join up the major league in due time.

No. My problem is that from the very first post the thread filled up with trolls, people telling me I full of crap and more or less stupid. Even after the loan was filled (by someone who found me in this thread no less) you idiots continue to spout hate and scorn at me. Why? The best part is how the s*** talking intensified after I said the loan had been filled, as if everyone was upset that someone did the opposite of what they wanted.

I gave my terms, explained why I needed it, explained why I didn't post collateral, explained how I would pay it back and even tried to elaborate on some of the questions. Each post followed by more and more hateful comments than the last. Yeah I did lose my temper, more or less at the absolute absurdity of people trying to sully my reputation AFTER the loan had been filled, seriously WTF is that? I could understand people calling me a scammer, baiter, rep booster, idiot BEFORE the loan was filled, but AFTER? It's just angry space dicks trying to grief because they didn't get their way.

How can you say this backfired? I literally got what I asked for, from a person who saw this thread, within two days of posting and the guy was even pretty nice about it. I could give a crap about my public image, I asked for isk, not forum likes. What? You aren't going to invite me to the super elite, super secret forum market warrior investment club private channel in game and set my status to blue? Darn.

OK, so now lets hear your opinion again on how the guy who got what he asked for is wrong.

Because next time you ask for a loan this thread and your attitude will come back to haunt you.

Without the details of your loan being made public in this thread (the very thread you made to ask for a loan) you won't be able to prove that you paid the loan back, as such you are back to square one on trying to persuade people your are trustworthy. Which is going to be very difficult for you.

Every single line you post on Market Discussion is scrutinized and saved for posterity. I have seen people asking for a bond / loan and getting linked and ridiculed basing on a "juvenile" post they made 5 years earlier.

That's why the more you react in an annoyed way, the more it shall detract from your possible future adventures in public financing. The fact you got the money in private is totally irrelevant, as Market Discussion is not related in any way with private investing, it's many things including a personal "public status" advancement medium.
If you believe it's not important... then know I can get 100B (a bit more than 2.5B) if I ask, it's not because my face is beautiful but because I and many others "passed the trials" in here.
You can indeed return to "obscurity" and never come here again, your choice. But if you want to be a member of this community you have to prove you are worthy of it.

On the surface you'd wonder: "be member of this community!!!!!! They are all trolls and jerks!!!"

It's not true. Go read ANY post by Raw23 or Akita T or ... a lot of respected guys (there are many). You'll see all love, comprehension and support!
The person does make the difference in here.
