I'm sorry about that.

Is it safe to assume that these T-shirts no longer is consideret "Exclusive for EVE Vegas Attendees" since you used them in an advertisement to bolster the sales of HD Live Streams posted by CCP Falcon on the official news feed? They were advertised with no corrections done before after all the sales had been done and concluded, so your customer had no way of knowing that your advertisement was a lie..

Ofc. we are just talking about $10, but that is still more than I would pay for these items had I had plex as an option for payment, so I kinda expect to recieve what you promised.

I will say I'm forced to agree.. I also paid for the stream with the understanding that the Shirts would be included. This wasn't some random typo.. CCP Falcon clearly said, in no uncertain terms, that the shirts would be included. Regardless if it was part of the master plan or not, it was said, and never redacted, until after you got all the money.

You can't advertise something then not deliver.. I'm fine with delays, you did your best to sort them out, crap happens.. But not delivering at all isn't

I also received my code, thanks to all who got this sorted. I was getting a bit itchy for my shiny. I do like shiny things.
