You should have an email, to the account that you registered with CCP, for your account.

It appears that this old news item is not quite correct. The T-shirts were exclusive for EVE Vegas Attendees. The last news Item and the Twitch site had the accurate list of items: http://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/eve-vegas-stream-sales-have-started/

I'm sorry about that.
