HI All!

Any help here would be appreciated. Mods - I did look for a 'help' forum but could not find it. If you need to move this to the appropriate forum that's fine.

So I bought two PLEX. I activated one to restart the training on my Alt. However, I pressed the wrong button and i've added it to my main, (this char) However, this main already has a paid subscription.

Have I lost this PLEX?

Cheers,

Duffman

you've "lost" the plex but the time has been added on. Its happened to me loads of times, normally following a quart or three of cider

So I've essentially pissed this PLEX away, unless CCP re-imburse me it through a petition.

OK, cheers for the advice buddy.

OP, if the two characters are on the same account-

Pause the training queue on your main. Start training queue on your alt. Restart training queue on your main. This should transfer the subscription queue to your alt, and allow your main to use the 30 days of PLEX time.

The benefits of cider are far greater than any video game based negatives it may incur. How happy I am that one of your five-a-day can be consumed as alcohol.

OK - so i tried switching the active training to the alt and then starting again with the main in order to activate the lost plex.

It didnt work sadly. now my alt is training but my main is unable to.

This applied plex doesn't seem to be anywhere.

Any more advice?

No worries buddy - was worth a try! I'll just have to leave it with CCP and see what they say!

You could unsub for a month and sub your alt for that month instead if you have a monthly sub. I'd think the time from the PLEX would be applied to your main account.

The value of the PLEX is not lost, you just accidentally used it to add a month to your subscription. As its a paid subscription, this means the next time you get billed will be a month later than it was before you used the PLEX.

Especially if the support tickets aren't capslock keyboard ragepounding insult filled entitlementfests with a side of QQ. Its amazing how fast CCP will respond to some kind words!

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
