Hi ,

This might seem like a stupid question but any ideea if these will contain sleeper spawns?

no but if you get rogue drone data/relic in wormhole evry failed hacking you get 2 rogue drone frigs..

No. When the Ghost Sites spawn in wormholes, the k-space rats come and blap you. Likewise, nullsec relic/data sites will have nullsec rats.

Or lack of them.
